Precautions before use
- · If there is an incomplete contact in the current path of the base material, such as an incomplete connection of a cable or a steel frame, it can cause a fire due to electricity.
- · If an arc is generated in a flammable container such as gasoline, it may explode
- · Cutting an enclosed tank or pipe can cause it to rupture
- · Place a fire extinguisher close to the cutting site in case of an emergency
- · Use in an appropriate environment to ventilate the fumes generated during plasma cutting
- · When cutting, wear glasses with sufficient light shielding or a protective helmet for welding
Wiring and installation method
- · Connect the input switch to NFB 30A or higher
- · When using input and reel wires, use the thickness of the wires at least 4.0~6.0sq
- · The compressor is mounted inside, so there is no need for an external compressor
- · Connect the base material to the + side and connect the torch and switch
- · When the connection is complete, turn up the power input switch and check the lighting of the input lamp
- · Place the torch on the cutting object and press the switch to perform the cut
How to use the current regulation volume
- · The current control volume is adjusted according to the thickness of the cutting material to be used
- · When you start cutting with the torch on the base material, put the pilot on OFF. When cutting by using a guide ring or floating a 2~3mm head by an automatic (jig device), the pilot should be placed on ON so that the pilot flame comes into contact with the base material and the cutting begins
- · If you have a long cutting length or if you want to start cutting by connecting it to a jig device, you can start it in automatic mode
