Features
- · The inverter control has excellent stability of ARC in the low-current area and excellent performance from thin plate to heavy plate.
- · It is also possible to weld stainless steel, chromium, high-tensile steel, molybdenum, alloy steel, mild steel, etc. by connecting the hand welding holder.
- · Compared to conventional welding machines, the volume and weight are about 1/5, so it can be transported by one person, and the volume is small, making it suitable for on-site installation and on-site construction.
- · With 40,000 ultra-fast waveforms per second, high-speed responsiveness significantly improves weld quality.
- · The input is single-phase and can be used in business trip construction.

TIG Safety Precautions
- · Failure to follow the specified procedure may result in damage to this welder
- · Failure to follow the specified procedure may result in damage to other products in the weld area
- · Make sure the power cable is perfectly connected to prevent electric shock, and keep it insulated to avoid electric shock. The most caution should be exercised, especially when the welder is in a hot and humid place, and also wear insulated shoes and gloves
- · Keep the welding area well ventilated and use an inhalation device to vent all fumes and gases generated during welding
- · Do not touch the welded area and the torch you are welding
- · Do not look straight into the welding arc without wearing protective equipment
TIG Front Control Panel Functions and Controls
- · Power switch: By turning on the power switch, the machine body starts to work
- · Power Indicator: This lamp lights up when power is applied
- · Low Voltage Indicator Lamp: This lanp will turn on when it is low voltage, and the machine will not operate
- · Warning Indicator Lamp: When the temperature inside the machine is above 100 degrees, this lamp will turn on and the machine will stop working. After a few minutes, when the internal temperature drops, the machine body can be used again
Welding Type Selector Switch
- · Crater nothing: Initial gas comes out first for 0.5 seconds and weld sparks are generated.
- · Crater Yu : Press the torch switch once to get an inverse proportional value (20A) to the main current, and release the torch switch again to set the set main current value. Assuming the AMPS output current volume is set to 100A, there will be 100A~20A output fluctuations when the torch switch is operated. After one cycle, the crater function is turned off
- · Crater repetition: Every time the torch switch is operated, the up slope (welding current rises) and down slopes (welding current decreases) are repeated.
- · TACK: Gas and welding are operated at the same time. It is a feature that is easy to operate even for beginners
- · Stick Mode: The torch terminal and the earth/metal terminal should be changed. The earth/metal terminals in TIG are arc welders in sticks
